一、研究院簡介
北京綠礦聯合工程技術研究院成立于2010年，擁有專業的技術和管理團隊，主要為礦山企業提供綠色礦山建設規劃、實施方案及評估，專業設備、先進技術產品及原材料的采購，綠色礦山建設施工、安裝、試測及技術培訓等綠色礦山垂直領域的一體化專業技術服務。截至目前，共承擔中國神華、中國黃金、中國五礦、云錫集團、拉法基集團公司等上百家綠色礦山建設的服務項目，承擔十三五全國礦產資源總體規劃專題、全國綠色礦山現狀調查及評估指標體系課題研究、全國礦業綠色發展專項基金的研究，現為中國財政學會投融資專業委員會委員、全國節能減排標準化技術聯盟成員單位、中國礦區環境治理與修復產業聯盟發起單位及秘書長單位。
研究院深耕綠色礦山建設領域8年，通過上百個綠色礦山案例的實踐，同時對市場上礦山生態環境修復過程中同功能產品質量、成本價格、施工工藝、綠化效果、后期管護養護的難易程度等多個方面進行了綜合對比分析，反復實地調研、考察、研發與論證，最終擇優確定利用德國技術裝備生產的“一鋪綠”，作為我院供應礦山生態環境修復的唯一綠化產品。

國外利用“一鋪綠”防治坡面侵蝕已有50年已久，在國外“一鋪綠”被稱為“侵蝕控制毯”“水土保持毯”等。在國內本產品目前被廣泛應用于公路邊坡的防護、保障路基的穩定性方面，交通運輸部已有行業標準，并進入推廣目錄，礦山、建筑、水利等各領域的應用，正在有序推進中。
二、產品簡介
綠礦聯合“一鋪綠”是采用秸稈、椰棕等植物纖維為原料，連同定型網、營養紙、植物種子和保水劑，肥料、土壤等營養基質經大型流水線一次縫合加工而成的水土保持產品。
綠礦聯合“一鋪綠”是與德國IGG公司合作，引進國際先進的植被恢復技術和具有國際領先水平的生產線，主要以各種植物纖維材料(如稻秸、麥秸、玉米稈、棉稈、椰殼纖維、大麻、黃麻、亞麻、天然雜草)為原料，結合各種灌、草植物的合理配置，以及保水劑、營養基質的添加，生產多用途的“一鋪綠”，是近年來國際公認的最有效、最簡捷、最廉價的護土保墑、防風固沙、抗沖刷的綠化節能環保產品，并在這個領域獲得了多項專利。

（1）產品結構
綠礦聯合“一鋪綠”是多層結構，最簡單的“一鋪綠”是由上下兩層定型網（PP材質）和中間的纖維層構成的；多層結構是在下層定型網和纖維層之間增加了起到襯托作用的營養紙層和植物種子層及營養基質層，其中營養基質層中可根據使用需求添加肥料、保水劑、營養土等。
